RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Because our products are made to order, we have a limited return policy as outlined below.
Return Window
Customers have 7 days after receiving their item to request a return or refund.

Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.
Eligible Returns
Returns or refunds are accepted only if the item is:
• Defective
• Damaged
• Misprinted
• Incorrect item received
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, preference changes, or accidental orders.
Proof of purchase is required, and clear photos showing the issue must be provided.
Return Approval Process
All returns must be requested and approved before sending any item back.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If a return is approved, Hi5Cats LLC will provide instructions on how and where to send the item, if applicable.
Return shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis at Hi5Cats LLC’s discretion.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Personalized items
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Perishable goods
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order. If the original item qualifies under our return policy, a refund or replacement may be issued once approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Items must be unused and in their original condition. Proof of purchase is required.
Return shipping costs for EU returns may apply unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds
Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at Hi5Cats LLC’s discretion.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval.
